This painting is a rumination on the passage of time and the poetic influence of the beach.

The traces of rooms and partitions visible as vibrantly coloured sections on the proud little carriage suggest a recorded imprint of the passing decades.

The Project celebrates a fine mess painted with a reverence for Christopher Wood and Kitaj.
